They are slow to give raises.

Overworked, underpaid, under appreciated, HR doesn't take you seriously or help, new assistant manager has no idea what he is doing and makes up new rules everyday. He also micromanages to the extreme. Worst manager I've ever had. Also mocks us for how much we get paid. Burnout will hit quickly. I could go on forever. Please avoid this position, especially full time. If you're going to do it, do per diem. Or better yet, become a PCT because they get paid a lot more. Find a therapy aide position somewhere else until they get rid of that buffoon. Also, responsibilities and duties increase often without an increase in pay.
