Cons

No place is perfect, but when issues arise, I feel that leadership takes them seriously and works proactively to resolve them.

I liked the many opportunities provided to support employees wishing to develop skills and advance their careers. There is a lot of room to grow within the organization and they make it accessible and support your growth.

Cons

Practice admin was often too busy to offer specific guidance in trouble spots which makes someone learning parts of the management role challenging and had a way of causing me to feel defeated instead of empowered.
