Main Line Health is committed to providing comprehensive health benefits and supports a work life balance. The potential growth here at MLH is endless and offers their employees the opportunity to take advantage of tuition reimbursement. MLH is well diverse and is committed to quality care!

Cons

Other area hospitals are starting their employee at higher pay rates. When seeing this you may want to factor in transportation, parking and city wage taxes depending where you live.

The team that I work with is phenomenal, there is a great work-life balance, and leadership is supportive. Management provides opportunities for professional development and growth and we are recognized for our achievements.

Pros

Wonderful organization that prioritizes engagement and development of the employees. I am a product of that development as I've been with the organization a short time and have been provided with ample opportunities to grow and learn.

Cons

Healthcare is challenging right now, and we are challenged with resources. The leadership team is transparent about this and involves the employees in efforts to problem solve.
