I have worked for MCHG since I was 20 years old as an intern. This company encompasses all of its core values and takes its mission seriously. Every level of leadership cares about their people and taking care of their team, guests and the community around them. A GREAT company.
Cons
None come to mind, senior leadership takes feedback seriously and works hard to correct any concerns.
