Pros

Full of some of the smartest, most humble, most hard working people you'll ever meet. The mission is clear, and there are a ton of challenging problems and exciting technologies to work on. People are generally excited and motivated to keep learning, iterating, and trying to solve them.

Cons

Company culture can feel a bit impersonal sometimes. People are motivated by the work, and really driven, but that can sometimes result in a culture that feels a bit dull or awkward when it comes to anything other than the technology itself.

Pros

Mainspring Energy really practices its company values, especially in excellence without ego. We are always moving forward and constantly learning how to improve. The people here are fun and great to work with and I believe the company culture has really helped shape that.

Cons

The company is still growing so there are a expected couple growing pains, but there are always opportunities for individuals to take up and develop their skills, which I like.
