Pros

Company culture is excellent, innovation, collaboration, and problem solving are all highly encouraged. New technology product is always interesting to work on and presents plenty of opportunities for development.

Cons

Startup life: plenty of work to do and never enough people to do it! Tough transition from R&D to product out in the field: establishing new practices, bringing up CMs, etc.

Pros

Great people, cool technology, interesting challenges, a high-performance product that works! Coming from a large engineering firm, Mainspring has a level of transparency that is new to me, and a breath of fresh air. This is a very cooperative work environment.

Cons

We need more resources - people, test equipment and so on. A perennial problem in times of growth!
