Pros
The platform that the startup is developing is very ambitious - it is not just another offering in the marketplace. It is a whole new technology to expose demand in DG. This nature to innovate cuts across the engineering disciplines. The people are all friendly and extremely competant. The retention is very good. The culture is constructive, positive - can-do. The leadership respects the team and gives engineers and technicians a lot of responsibility.
Cons
Very serious... People joke around, but the open office can be quiet. Still a start-up. The culture and environment are changing as the company currently grows from a very small start-up to product.
