Pros
I took a leap of faith close to 2 years to join the amazing company. The culture, the people and the environment is so inviting and everyone is simply so nice. Management really cares about their employees and foster a culture of growth and continuous learning. The open door concept with all teams allows ideas to be voiced and discussed and feedback valued. Salaries are great and benefits are comprehensive. Loving the gym facilities. I am really loving working here.
Cons
The office area is smaller than expected but there are plans to move to a bigger space. We should have frequent get togethers (possible every month) which will allow new members to meet everyone else. Joining a new company can be a bit intimidating.
