      Pros

      Management cares... always looking to ensure the Sales Team has the leads needed to hit quota. Looking constantly at culture and how to include everyone in fun outings. Transparent: From our CEO, through our sales leaders, they share how the company is doing and what the future is focused on. Closing Gaps: The Product and Leadership are quickly identifying the gaps in the market and they are closing rapidly.

      Cons

      Still building out swim lanes and getting everyone into going into the right direction. Sometimes we bump into each other but we have the ability to resolve between ourselves.

      Great product, growing pains and over hiring

      Pros

      great group of people, smart, humble, hard working... the product sells itself most of the time but plenty of competition out there. remote work available, financially sound company, adding new features to the product often

      Cons

      over hiring in sales with inbound leads being spread thin less than 50% of people hit quota diversity and inclusion does not feel prioritized pay is on the lower side for a tech company

      -The company is growing rapidly and has a best in breed product -The culture is great - everyone is bought into making MaintainX the next great SaaS company -MaintainX is super selective about hiring the right folks for open roles -MaintainX is a meritocracy with plenty of room for career growth -You have a tangible impact on the successes of the business and your colleagues

      Cons

      Most of the cons here are more cons of high growth tech companies than MaintainX, but nonetheless: -Tons of changes in short periods of time -Pressure to execute -Selective hiring processes mean that it can take a while to find candidates to fill much needed open roles -Processes not fully ironed out -Exec suite not diverse -Culture is better in the office than for remote folks
