      Great product, growing pains and over hiring

      Pros

      great group of people, smart, humble, hard working... the product sells itself most of the time but plenty of competition out there. remote work available, financially sound company, adding new features to the product often

      Cons

      over hiring in sales with inbound leads being spread thin less than 50% of people hit quota diversity and inclusion does not feel prioritized pay is on the lower side for a tech company

      - very friendly and inclusive environment - great company culture - well established processes. Very unexpected for a startup. - great young leadership - potential for growth - great office location - access to a gym

      Cons

      Team communication platform is a bit of a mess. Currently it consists of a few applications non which fully satisfy our needs. So instead of using a well intended solution (ex. Slack) we are stuck with a quilt of a solution.
