      Culture is fast-moving and collaborative, and the product is clear leader in the maintenance/manufacturing industry

      Cons

      Still functioning as a startup, but with 700+ employees. Cross-departmental communication could be improved.

      - A lot of growth opportunities - Merit-based culture - Get to work with very smart people - Competitive pay

      Cons

      - Benefits are lacking: no 401k matches, no stipends for employee wellness, small bonus pool - Unlimited PTO is nice but it makes you feel uncomfortable when requesting it off. Leadership doesn't encourage time off.

      PTO Is a scam or make sure to define how much time you need to take per year (written) Deliver fast, if It breaks it's your fault. I've seen people burning out, I almost did.
