      Pros

      This company has something incredibly special and I hope that it never loses it no matter how much it grows. The people, the culture, the product, the ideas, EVERYTHING is just phenomenal. I have never seen anything like it. I wake up every morning excited to go to work and proud to be part of something so incredible.

      Cons

      Honestly nothing.. This is the kind of place where problems arise and are addressed instantly - I haven’t had a single issue.

      Great team culture. The is always support when asked. You will be joining a company with huge growth potential. From my corporate experience to this date the Business Development Managers are top tier and some of the most passionate workers I have meet.

      MaintainX is still a young company and there are some growing pains.
