      Pros

      Everyone is very collaborative and proud to be here. The product runs extremely well and is making a huge difference in the frontline industry. My direct team is amazing. Solid benefits as well. There is also a very strong culture of transparency, we're never kept in the dark about company finances or impactful decisions made. I feel sincerely very happy to be working at MaintainX.

      Cons

      Processes are still being ironed out, this is a young company. This isn't a huge con but definitely was an adjustment coming in initially. However when I give feedback I can tell it's taken seriously.

      Pros

      The energy and culture within this company is like nothing I've experienced before. Everyone, and I mean everyone is ready to jump in and help you. The onboarding is structured and easy to follow. Benefits are fine and the pay is competitive. I also feel like there is a lot of diversity as well. I've worked for a few companies and this one is the dream company you've been waiting for.

      - Great sales training - Great atmosphere - Great benefits - Great leadership/management - Extreme transparency - Hybrid work model - Fun + high-achieving team dynamic

      Cons

      Still ironing out processes. I don't really consider this to be a con (though some people might) because the company is still young and it's normal that not everything is figured out. Companies grow in stages like people do, so some things can only be addressed when they happen. A lot of progress has been made since my tenure began, and this is a place where feedback is taken into account and you can actually drive change yourself.
