Cons
Still ironing out processes. I don't really consider this to be a con (though some people might) because the company is still young and it's normal that not everything is figured out. Companies grow in stages like people do, so some things can only be addressed when they happen. A lot of progress has been made since my tenure began, and this is a place where feedback is taken into account and you can actually drive change yourself.
