Pros
- Product is highly reviewed, transparent and very helpful to market - The entire team (sales, engineering, HR, management to CEO) is humble, kind, competent, generous, resourceful, transparent and fun to be around - Salary is very decent and commission is fair - Location for the Montreal Office is right in the heart of Montreal ! - Happy Hours are a lot of fun ! - At least 10% of the company has a hidden talent of some kind ;) - You can share anything with management without fearing for your job / career - There is not much pressure from management to hit numbers (and about 40% of the team hits target every month!) - Work hard / play hard or go home - it's really your choice, no problem - Do your job well and get promoted within the year ;)
