      Pros

      Everyone who works here is so hyper intelligent and great at their jobs. MaintainX has very high standards in terms of who they hire. Very good pay. Senior management is transparent and open. I'm proud to work here.

      Cons

      It's a startup so there aren't the same "frills" that other tech startups might have but I'd hardly consider this a con.

      Pros

      Leadership is phenomenal. They source only top notch talent from outstanding companies and are very strict in the hiring process. This ultimately results in a strong and driven team, who are keen to help their peers grow and succeed. The company has seen exponential growth, but has managed to promote internally on a regular basis. Hard work is genuinely rewarded.

      Cons

      Still in “startup” phase, which means things change fast, and frequently… personally, I see this as a good thing, but growing pains are present and to be expected.
