      Pros

      Everyone is very collaborative and proud to be here. The product runs extremely well and is making a huge difference in the frontline industry. My direct team is amazing. Solid benefits as well. There is also a very strong culture of transparency, we're never kept in the dark about company finances or impactful decisions made. I feel sincerely very happy to be working at MaintainX.

      Cons

      Processes are still being ironed out, this is a young company. This isn't a huge con but definitely was an adjustment coming in initially. However when I give feedback I can tell it's taken seriously.

      Management wants you to succeed and they will work hard to help you achieve your goals. It's been a pleasure to work here since day 1

      I'd like a base pay bump, but that's about it .
