Best company I have worked at so far.
Pros
- Epic happy hours - Change is well accepted - Everyone contributes to making a good workplace environment - Most people seem transparent - Got rewarded quickly for my efforts (never seen that elsewhere) - Management knows their stuff - I truly believe in the product and so does most others working here - We have visibility over the impact we have on customers - The new offices are just amazing - New Bubbly machine is awesome - Free snacks - Free lunch on thursdays
Cons
- Processes are changing quite a lot since MaintainX is growing fast (can be a con depending on your personality) - Since we aren't many engineers for the company size and that we have a high bar on who we let in, the amount of work is endless - In the same vein, that amount of work and pressure sometimes stops me from having the impact I would like to have (but my manager really wants to help in that sense)
