Pros

THe best reasons is you're given the chance to do as much as you want. Each employee counts and they listen to your opinions and take into account everything you say. You not only get a chance to impress from the CEO to your direct manager if you're good at what you do and show you care they really stand by you.

Cons

The pay is actually pretty good - at least for me. Starting salaries aren't high but if you show ability increases are easy to get. Work is hard and the perks are knowing you did a good job, getting a chance to try all kinds of things, The pace is fast and in the beginning can be hard to keep up but everyone supports and there's pizza every two weeks and pub nights once in awhile

The idea is good, original for some points of you. Location not bad.

Cons

Is not competitive, no money, low salaries (or no salaries). Everything did too randomly.

Pros

Supportive Management. Great team. Very open to innovative ideas and lets staff be creative with their roles. If you feel your role can go in a different direction then management are always willing to listen.

Cons

Tube line can be troublesome. Area is overly busy sometimes with Portobello road just around the corner. Work can be stressful at times, lot of pressure and asks a lot from colleagues.
