Pros

Hard to think of any considering nobody likes to work at the Dallas, TX office. Oh, one person does, but he gets everything handed to him.

Cons

Where to start? The most dry and boring office. Management is a joke. Don't expect to be paid on projects you sell, because they all fall apart. All they want to do is charge a listing fee to everyone even thought they only have a handful of experts to do the work. All their numbers are a joke and not true. Ask what they really are?

Is not competitive, no money, low salaries (or no salaries). Everything did too randomly.

Pros

High growth business with global prospects, the opportunity to punch above your weight in terms of responsibility and value-add to the firm, potential for developing international business relationships. CEO has managed to build a truly global UK tech business with great potential.

Cons

Pay is very poor compared to industry standards, work life balance is non existent, due to harsh and not civil communication and work environment there is very high employee turnover, £0 devoted to employee training or development. 4 year vesting option plan with no partial vesting, basically lock in until 2016/2017 and no mechanism for increasing # of options.
