They pay well when you are working , support with snacks , and provide great care to employees.

Cons

There are no job guarantees and easy layoffs for staff. The organization is unstructured, even though it is a big company. There are no appropriate job roles and responsibilities. They expect staff to handle multiple job roles and responsibilities at the same time.
