Smart people everywhere Leading technology company in multimedia distribution, mobile, and real-time data. The CEO is brilliant, and presenting to him is a learning experience every time. Great perks.

Cons

It's very "clubby" - new people are kept at arms length for extended periods of time before being accepted or appreciated. That leads to very insular thinking - ideas are evaluated by the proposer as much as by the merit of the idea.
