Pros

Extremely fun work environment and co workers

Cons

This is a gig job and management will punish you if you treat it like one. They will slowly phase you out then ghost you if you don’t give this job full time attention, and there is none of the benefits of full time work Environment is often boisterous to the point of unprofessional

Pros

Atmosphere and people are great, people really want to be there and care about putting out a quality product.

Cons

They know people want to work for MLB and so pay ranges tend toward the low end. Benefits are still generally excellent but have gotten progressively worse over the last two years.
