      Poor management and low pay is not worth staying at this company for more than two years. As you can see many people are leaving.

      I had the best manager anyone could ever ask for! wonderful consultant managers are working at HighMetric, their goal is to help you grow as much as you desire, career growth at HighMetric depends on your personality, this can be a great company for you to work at if you have a hardworking, positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.       Pros

      Team is helpful but thats because everyone there is overworked and everyone is trying to help each other. Beside the people nothing else good here.

      Cons

      Managers are just consultant. Don’t expect any pay increase. Don’t expected career growth. Don’t expected 401k matching. Don’t expect anything but a paycheck. You travel on the weekends without pay and no overtime. You are expected to be billable at high rate. They were recently acquired so everything is lean and strict. Employees don't get stock option. They never even had a chance. It is a private company. Management only cares about profits. They will can you if your not fully utilize.
