      unless management changes their style form the Management service aside do not work here

      support and comrade are the best things they have going on here

      Cons

      management does not know how to lead their people nor do they understand the complexities of the work being performed. they do not understand Cyberark as a whole. they try to drag me away from doing my job and would not allow me to concentrate on it. because they did not like the way I operated they chose to let me go rather than work with me any further. very harsh environment with management. if you don't go out of your way to appease them they will let you go.

      - Payments in dollars - Remote working

      - Don't care about projects (specially if it's a small customer), one they won a contract they don't keep on tracking the customer. - They treat you like a disposal resource
