      Pros

      Highmetric is a fast paced company that expects a lot, but the rewards are high. The company is rich with many years of seasoned and experienced consultants and leadership. They implement technology in intelligent ways to manage their workforce and be as efficient as possible. They have a reputation for providing quality implementations and delivering beyond their deliverable to make their customers happy. They are big on finding the right job for the right consultant but also encouraging me to challenge myself and grow as a consultant and as a developer.

      Cons

      Highmetric expects a lot from their employees; it will be challenging and it will at times be stressful. Consulting is a challenging and demanding business. Consultants are expected to be hungry for knowledge, independent in nature and collaboratively successful.

      support and comrade are the best things they have going on here

      Cons

      management does not know how to lead their people nor do they understand the complexities of the work being performed. they do not understand Cyberark as a whole. they try to drag me away from doing my job and would not allow me to concentrate on it. because they did not like the way I operated they chose to let me go rather than work with me any further. very harsh environment with management. if you don't go out of your way to appease them they will let you go.

      I had the best manager anyone could ever ask for! wonderful consultant managers are working at HighMetric, their goal is to help you grow as much as you desire, career growth at HighMetric depends on your personality, this can be a great company for you to work at if you have a hardworking, positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Fair pay when you are Junior Basic Benefit Package 401K Matching Phone/Internet allowance Can make extra money if you work more than 40 billable hours Great team to work with
