They give you the tools and the training to go only so far in learning ServiceNow, but that's the same with many developer's lives. You learned the base knowledge in college, and then you moved onto learning things on your own. If you don't have that drive to learn on your own, sadly this may not be the job for you. If you like being spoon-fed information or solutions, this is not the job for you. You will only end up unhappy because you're overworked (many times it means you're taking too long to find a solution). Overall, a solid company to work for. In this day and age, it's expected that people leave after some time (1-2 years). Come for the hard work, knowledge, alcohol, and family.
