Pros
Team is helpful but thats because everyone there is overworked and everyone is trying to help each other. Beside the people nothing else good here.
Cons
Managers are just consultant. Don’t expect any pay increase. Don’t expected career growth. Don’t expected 401k matching. Don’t expect anything but a paycheck. You travel on the weekends without pay and no overtime. You are expected to be billable at high rate. They were recently acquired so everything is lean and strict. Employees don't get stock option. They never even had a chance. It is a private company. Management only cares about profits. They will can you if your not fully utilize.
