Pros
An 8 hour shift. There's some discounts on food, cigarettes, and the restaurant.
Cons
It's a slow pace so dont expect raises. Ever. There is no performance reviews. Any raises will only be through minimum wage increases. You'll be emptying trash, cleaning toilets, and general custodial work. Sometimes the horrifying stuff pops up like a 2.5 gallon jug of urine needs to be disposed of. Sometimes it's just rubber gloves tied off. We call them Truckstop Starfish.
