MakeSpace is an extremely caring and flexible place to work. Upper management genuinely cares about your feedback, well being, and growth at the company. I was given a raise/small promotion after working there only 4 months. My manger is available to meet with me whenever I have questions or things to discuss. Lots of incentive for working hard with contests and uncapped commission. And PTO in the first year is something I had not experienced before. I highly recommend working at MakeSpace

As with any customer facing job, dealing with difficult people is never fun, but customers are everywhere, what can ya do?

Pros

Offers an opportunity for you to mentor in other departments and allows room for growth throughout the company. They have employee resource groups that allow you to meet with people in different departments with similar backgrounds. It's a great way of connecting in this digital world we currently are in.

Cons

Nothing I can think of at this moment in time. Amazing work!

Paid overtime after 40. Sales Manager is easy to work with.

Cons

All most impossible to make much more than base bonus. Senior employees get the good leads and fresh call ins.
