Pros

- positive work environment; supportive leaders and peers - empowered to champion initiatives and lead projects that have an impact on the whole company - high potential for professional growth, especially with the recent joint venture - very exciting period of growth for the company

Cons

If you are looking for a place where you will do the same thing every day, this may not be the right fit. However, for a self-starter and a driven person, this is the place for you. There is an incredible opportunity to own your development in a supportive and collaborative work place.

Pros

-even if MakeSpace is in a joint venture with a Fortune 500 company (Iron Mountain), there is still a startup feel in the HQ, where your opinions and ideas will be heard and valued -great work environment (sunny offices in FiDi), good atmosphere, people seem happy to work here -career growth, seeing a lot of people development

Cons

can't think of any for now but will update if needed
