Lots of time for development. Not too many meetings. Talented teammates are respectful and collaborative. Interesting and stimulating work. Great environment for women in tech. Compensation and benefits are generous. Business is booming.

Storage isn't the most exciting product in the world, so that's kind of a con, but MakeSpace somehow makes it more exciting

Leadership is pretty open-minded, we are still exploring and experimenting things together. You are expected to take more initiatives cause there are just so many things to work on and so many people support you. People here are smart, easygoing and collaborative. The culture is pretty chill.

Cons

Some projects were shipped in a scrappy way. There are certain amount of technical debts we need to pay off.
