Senior management is super transparent about the state of the business and our goals, everyone is genuinely friendly, best work / life balance I've ever had living in nyc. Good ideas with data and reason are always listened to.

Cons

field operations cause issues with customer service, but company is actively working to fix.

- Love the MakeSpacers that I worked with! An empathetic, friendly group of people. - Was able to work on fun and interesting product features, with good technical challenges to solve! I loved being able to write code that was directly impactful to the business and my colleagues on other teams. - Took engineering seriously, had a high level of code quality. Helped me grow as an engineer

Cons

- Product team turnover was relatively high during some periods - Due to small team structure, opportunities to advance were limited, at least on the engineering team.
