The culture, the people, the social activities, the work-life balance. I love how they have respect for our time outside work. My managers were the best. They were understanding and awesome. Love working here!

Cons

Can't think of any. It's sad that they were acquired by another company.

MakeSpace had a wonderful environment. The team constantly focused on pushing the boundaries of storage, and its use of technology to service the customer best. Upper management was willing to mentor you and assist in molding the operator at hand. I consider it to have been a privilege to work with the awesome team at MakeSpace!

Cons

This is only if someone doesn't like change and advancement towards a goal. There will be a lot of change as this company is looking to break barriers. If you are someone who doesn't like a consistent advancement in their operation this may not be the position for you.
