None, they suck you in like there will be. The old bait and switch. Can get benefits/insurance at any respectable company so that doesn’t even matter.

Cons

Management is absolute garbage. Most unprofessional place I have ever worked, although management thinks they are super professional. Micromanaged. Underpaid while constantly adding more unrealistic things to your workload. ABSOLUTELY no work/life balance. You will travel and pay for it out of your pocket then wait 1-2 months for reimbursement. What company expects their sales reps to foot the bill and then wait to get paid back!?
