I worked at makita Argentina; at international purchases, marketing and management assistant. Negligent and arbitrary decisions are made by the management, no goals for workers. No compensations, and 0 zero comunication. Ceo hate Argentine culture and people and dont hesitate in demonstrate it to every worker in the company. Since the arrival of nagata more than 25 people left the company. I m right now working at the competition.
