      Pros

      Makpar has a Generative Culture. This is very rare and precious. Employees are diverse and integrated. Innovation only comes with Psychological Safety. As Director of Agile, it is my job to keep Makpar the Best of the Best, moving forward at the speed of light into the Age of Augmentation.

      Cons

      There are none, except the health coverage, which is Cigna. Cigna is not accepted everywhere. I am working to get us back to United Heathcare.

      1. Very friendly environment. 2. You can always reach out to team members for help at anytime. 3. The I.T. Department are quick to help with any issues. 4. Work hours are flexible. 5. The team is very diverse.

      Cons

      I wouldn't say there is no downside, but the Pros over weigh the Cons.
