Pros
12 hours shift each day and 4 days a week, so that gives you 3 days off. Snacks provided.
Cons
24 hours shift. 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am. Contracts clearly states 50% of your work time will be at night but ends up not true, and when staff raised about the issue. The manager said: "what are you going to do about it" with a very bad attitude. Pay raise of only 4% was kind of an insult given we really do work our butts off for tracking the valuable shipments. And often only 1 person doing the whole 12 hrs shift during the weekend, which can be really busy when problems arises. No prospects as within the valuable cargo companies, only Malca Amit had this track and trace department so you can't just jump to another company and carry your experience with you. It's an Israelite company, so you need to be one of them in order to be in the management level.
