It provides hands-on leadership experience, allowing you to manage a workforce directly at the client’s location while developing skills in leadership, conflict resolution, and organization. Additionally, the role strengthens your ability to build and maintain client relationships, ensuring smooth operations and workforce optimization. A major benefit of this role is having a strong and supportive Branch Manager. Our Branch Manager is highly engaged, offering guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction to help the onsite team succeed. He plays a crucial role in problem-solving, ensuring effective communication between Malone and the client, and advocating for his team. His leadership fosters a positive and collaborative work environment, making challenges easier to navigate and helping onsite managers perform at their best. This fast-paced role presents new challenges daily, keeping the work engaging while offering career growth opportunities. Onsite managers also help develop employees through training, onboarding, and workforce management. Malone Staffing Solutions provides competitive pay, benefits, and potential incentives, along with the autonomy to implement staffing strategies. With the right leadership and support, this role is an excellent opportunity to gain experience, advance your career, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Cons

Working as an Onsite Manager at Malone Staffing Solutions comes with challenges. The role is high-pressure, requiring you to balance client demands and employee needs while managing staffing shortages and performance issues. Long hours and an unpredictable workload can make maintaining work-life balance difficult, as urgent matters often arise outside business hours. Frequent employee turnover and conflicts can be exhausting, with constant onboarding and disciplinary actions. Additionally, while the role offers growth, career advancement can be slow. Despite these challenges, strong problem-solving skills and adaptability can make the role rewarding.

Pros

I am struggling to think of something.

Cons

Treats employees horrible. Very political. Looks at employees as a number. Issues are all the way at the top and trickle down through the leaders.

Pros

individual attention vs being just a number to a big company

Cons

Had to find my own contracts when recruiter didn't find me positions. I could very easily see openings on other websites and when asking my recruiter about positions he didn't realize there were some openings.
