Pros

Joe Malone is a good man.

Cons

Ignore illegal business practices, Discrimination is company wide. Practice nepotism. Malone brothers cannot be trusted regardless of "good old boy" personas. I wouldn't trust Malone to provide a sitter for my dog, much less a human being I love.

Worst company and most hostile work environment I have ever worked in. If you want to make no money as a recruiter you come here. There is zero freedom or flexibility on time! If they tell you differently, which they do... It's a lie. Much of what they say is a lie.... Good luck if you choose this as a place of employment.

If your familiar with temp agency's, then youll feel right at home.

Cons

With my Resume, only 2 assignments were available to me. (And to my knowledge they were both the same company which wasnt really explained to me, just found out via other employees.)
