Although the pace of work can be hectic, the leaders create a laid-back culture with flexibility when family needs arise.

Cons

As a mid-size employer, there are only a few positions to grow into. However, with no career development, it's not likely a new hire will earn more than a single promotion within 5-7 years.

They are very unprofessional, They lie to you about your position being temp to hire they will tell you that your position is permanent but in reality you are only there the days they need you.
