      Pros

      There are still some really great people here.

      Cons

      * CEO doesn't know what he's doing * Venture capitalists are now essentially in control * A series of layoffs have eliminated people with important knowledge, leading to some very public blunders recently that could have been avoided * Job security is not assured * There are rumors of pervasive sexual harassment from the very top of one of the teams

      Great colleagues, fun environment to work at and easy to transition from team to team.

      Cons

      The decision making is slow, it demotivates to work on products. The toxic focus on diversity and inclusion spreads to offices across the globe, even to the ones that don't care about that topic.
