Benefits are great, office is new and modern, includes free parking, foosball and ping pong table and stocked kitchen.

Cons

I wish they had a shower in the building so I could ride bike into work as they have fitness reward program.

Pros

Lots of ways to take your mind off work for a quick recharge. I am happy with the benefits. The new building is something to be proud of for those that have been here for some time.

Cons

Upper management continues to deliver lip service. We have lots to accomplish to start having managers that can at best project manage. CEO is a nice guy but can be a bit immature at times. Moves slowly where fast decisions need to be made. This company may not be everyone's cup of tea.

Pros

- free parking - free catered lunch on Tuesdays - free smoothies T/Th - Unlimited snacks, drinks, sandwiches, salads etc. 24/7 - arcade/ping pong - beers on tap - so many things!

Cons

This is a fast-growing company so there are still some growing pains (phones, connectivity, rules of engagement) but they are all being addressed and I think this company has a very bright future.
