Pros

Great Place to work, Solid technology. The management team listens to their employees and try to make changes based on feedback.

Cons

The open vacation policy is great but I think we should have paid vacation just because I believe some folks may take advantage of this great policy.

Pros

They are somewhat flexible, and the CEO knows how to party. The company itself is very stable for a startup so it's not likely to go anywhere.

Cons

Nothing can be taken at face value, promises don't get followed through on, and there's a lot of bickering. Their "featured employees" on linkedin have all left the company, but they still have no problem using them to recruit new people.
