The good, bad, ugly

Pros

Coworkers and my team. IMO, one of the best teams to work with and for. Leadership has an open door and ear to listen to all the good, bad, and ugly. Always open to hearing about career growth internally.

Cons

Do not come in having high expecations for pay. Notorious for under paying, and leadership and the board hasn't rewarded overachieving employees with any sort of compenstation.

Pros

The salary and flexible schedule.

Cons

I had to sign an employee contract saying I wouldn't write disparaging reviews about the company. I didn't want to give a star rating but Glassdoor requires it so I selected a neutral 3-stars.

Pros

-You can fast-forward your career at Malwarebytes if you take advantage of chaos well. -Flexible work options (remote, etc.)

Cons

-CEO has no vision or strategy and frequently overrides expert decisions on a whim. He is the biggest barrier to the company's success. -Massive turnover at the C-suite. -Product lacks parity with market offerings. -SKO and other events are a lawsuit waiting to happen. Execs treat these like frat parties. -Women leaders have almost all left, with good reason. -Company can't stay the course on ANYTHING without pivoting. You can't get through a quarter without a big change in "strategy," which is really just a short-term solution at the cost of longer-term success.
