Toxic culture, inept leadership, an impetuous so called CEO, failed HR who won't take action when serious allegations are raised

Pros

Nice perks like Bonusly, free DoorDash fees, discount program, and if your schedule permits, fun and creative sessions for things like yoga, holiday crafts, relaxation, and lunch and learns. Benefits are pretty good. Compensation is at or slightly below market.

Cons

Every sprint, every project you do here will be interrupted by other projects and emergency priority shifts. You likely will not have time for personal learning and self-directed growth. micro-managing, toxic culture unless you are a favorite.
