great team culture, product is well known throughout companies and IT people.

Cons

leads are low, expectations for sales is very high, a lot of outbound work for the AE, company does not tell you internal plans for big changes then will have changes happen to everyones surprise, product has been stagnant or falling and it is up to sales to cover the gaps.

Very toxic work culture. Change is not received well here. Very top down management and micromanagement.

I am sorry that your experience with our work culture was not as positive. We’re currently experiencing a lot of growth and one of the byproducts of that has been changes.
