Great culture, some growing pains

Pros

I love the culture at Malwarebytes, collaborative, passionate, action-oriented - it's still founder-led and the vision and mission or protecting people from malware is still alive and well

Cons

For being the size and maturity that it is, the company is still missing a lot of processes and support that is necessary

Pros

- Have an amazing experience so far. - Great company culture - I work with absolutely fantastic people - The leadership team is very approachable. - Have a great work-life balance. - Feels great when we work towards a common goal.

Cons

- Some of the processes have to be improved but that's part of the journey.

The company has a culture that value their people and empower them to be passionate about what they do! Everyone has an opportunity to contribute and make a great impact toward the direction of the company. - Awesome culture: - Open door policy! - No hierarchy! - No politics! - Flexible in support of employee work/life schedule! - Talented and passionate people! - Supportive and transparent leadership! - Competitive compensation! But most importantly, we all get to work on amazing products that have consistently been reviewed as Most Trusted by our customers!

Cons

I’ve been here almost a year and I still don’t have anything I can note as a Con! I love coming into work each day and be part of a great team! I love the people and the work I’m doing! We are working on products that contribute to a safer society for people! I’ve worked for many great companies and people but this has been the best by far!
