Cons

- Mess with the processes around the company - Lack of documentation everywhere - Lower salary around the market - Higher (US) management not in touch with employees in TLL

Steady growth. Some good managers. Training. Fun lace to work.

Cons

Commission constantly changing. Most quarters quota unattainable, even for the senior account managers. Continually decreasing territory.
