Pros
I 100% love working at Malwarebytes. A great company culture with a relaxed atmosphere. For me, the most important aspects are: my accomplishments are always recognized, I receive guidance/advice whenever I ask but I also have the freedom to work on my projects as I see fit (no micromanagement in the support organization).
Cons
Minimal. Because our offices are in multiple time zones, sometimes you might experience a delay in getting an answer from someone.
